2.0 hdi berlingo wont start
#1
Hello all im new here, i have recently brought a Citroen berlingo 2.0 hdi with Siemons system(rhy) engine was knackered so i have replaced it.  with another rhy engine but was a bosch system so i have swapped everything over. But i am unsure wear two black wires go to nearside engine loom beside the light i have currently put them as earths where the yellow and green ones are . anyway i cranked the van over and it started up straight away turned it off and it wont start anymore cant work it out for love of money. read a few things about a bsi reset but i dont have a original key fob but i do have a aftermarket fob its black with two white buttons it works the alarm. but im really lost with this van.

Welcome to the forum

Have you tried to bleed the fuel again, sometimes they will start and run with the fuel in the pipes etc but wont start again until the fuel system is bled again
As it started and ran I would think you haven't got anything seriously wrong . Don't know about the black wires though, did you try it without them connected.?
