I have the same radio.
I have just fitted a USB box - £86 (Xcarlink).
It takes USB stick, SD card or analogue via 3.5mm lead.
You can place your music files on the USB stick or SD in directories.
These directories are called 01, 02, 03 etc and can be selected by the buttons on the radio.
So you can have up to 6 play lists on your head.
Convert your CD's to MPG's etc and load onto card.
You do have to have the CD changer programmed in via Lexia. Cost me £60 but I also had other stuff programmed at the same time.
The unit is a small box which I fitted under the radio in the shelf below, but it could go anywhere on the dash as the lead is quite long.
Comes with a plug lead that fits directly into the rear of the radio.
The tracks can be advanced etc by the control on the radio or coloum.
They also do an IPOD box as well.
Just a thought

I did see it on Amazon, but that the picture on there looks like it may just be a block connector, rather than the harness that's shown on the other sites.
My van was registered in Jan 09, so I guess that makes it an 08 vehicle?
So hopefully it should fall within the "Up to 2009" wording?

I have an Xcarlink and have had it for 4 nor 5 years. It is brilliant. You can store almost 500 tracks on a memory card. As said earlier easy to fit (just plugs in the CD changer socket on the radio), radio sees it as a CD changer and so car needs connecting to LEXIA to turn it on.
Steering wheel stalk works with this without any extras or mods.
