Regarding the tailgate trim - I just pulled it away as per door trims.

Next problem is finding a way for the sensor wires to run to the control box (which will be placed to obtain power from the reverse light wiring) :brickwall:

Lovely motor,what do you think of the wind deflectors?Where do they come from?I had some on a mini ? years ago & found them good,particularly in the rain.

The antenna on the roof is a 21MHz (15m) monoband. It's for amateur radio usage.
The larger antenna mounted on the tow bar bracket is a multi-band vertical - again for HF amateur bands.

Hey Ron.

The deflectors are a good addition imo.
Certainly reduces wind noise and as I smoke in the van - the windows are always down.

No water ingress when raining.
