Daft question perhaps, but can anyone tell me where the tailgate switch is for the interior light pls?

I'm convinced its a tilt switch inside the tailgate but I haven't spotted it yet. If you find out, let me know please.

It may just be triggered off the door latch after a time delay but I think it always happens when door is nearly full open - something I've been meaning to check (angle or delay).

Strangely enough, the rear switch is the only one that works, and I want to disconnect it!
I have a lockable dog gate in the back, and need to leave the tailgate up when we leave the dogs in the car, hence i want to stop the light coming on.

There's a tilt switch within the door itself. From memory it's a black plastic lump with some wires coming out.
