BRAKES. footbrake pedal goes all the way to the floor before brakes work, pumping pedal doesnt help, stops ok just why long pedal travel ?...

When did you last change the pads (front or back) ?

Also changing the brake fluid wouldn't harm. Ment to be done every 2 years

just bought the van, will check pads and shoes tomorow.
