Have just got some extra horns that I want to mount on our '13 Berlingo. I want the horns to be placed so they are "hidden" from outside and weather, but still pointing forward with as little obsticles preventing noise to come out. The original horn is placed hidden, and sound is very low.
Best place I have found so far is in front of radiators, but I cannot figure out how to dismantle the plastics in a good way.
Does there exists any video or pictures describing this?

Neither obvious or easy. Many of the panels connect to each other by barbed clips moulded into the plastic which go together without problem but easily damaged when prying them apart. All I can advise is to remove the undertray, any visible fastenings and then start gently pulling to see where the're attached without breaking anything.
I've often thought there should be two horns, the normal standard Noddy Car one for a gentle reminder to someone and a loud lorry type one for a more serious rollocking.

just remove whole bumper, so much easier... wheels off inner arches out undo the under tray and the side mounts for the bumper and top bolts and pull off

Ohh my. Do I have to remove both undertray and wheels to get bumper off? Or is it possible to just loosen the front bolts of the undertray, and then screws in wheel arc?
I don't think I have space enough in my garage nor equipment enough to raise both sides of car similtanously... :-(
Regarding horns, I will connect everything so all horns are working at once. The OE horn is relativeliy weak, but with one 300Hz Stebel

and one standard Nautilus (530 and 680Hz)

I'll hope it will wake up the most sleepy driver :-)

I did it without taking the wheels off or jacking up.....BUT it was harder than it should have been...

Ehh, Yes :-D
Seriously: These horns are loud, but still not above legal levels. In our area we have some deers and sheeps walking along and in the middle of the road. And Yes, it does help to honk the horn ;-)
But still the mainreason to buy these is that the OE horn is so weak that it does not help in traffic. I've had several french cars, also Citroën, and this is the first one with that weak horn. All others with OK or good noiselevel. My Pug 505 Break GTDT (fantastic car, RIP and missed) had horns that is on level with these Stebel-horns, but was constructed in this simple thin-layer steel, as is the most used and cheapest construction. I belive it was FIAMM-horns.
