Hi, My son has lost the spare key to the car (Berlingo on a 59 plate) and I am wondering the following. If I remove the fuse that works the central locking, will it a) affect anything else and b) stop the indicators flashing if the key fob is pressed? Also any ideas on cost to replace the locks or can the system just be reset to another key? The car is safe, on the drive, as we have a security post.

Go to an auto locksmith and get them to cut and program you a new key. A new remote key from citroen is about 125 quid a plain key is a lot cheaper.

They would unfortunately be able to open the door manually but if you had another key made and programmed at citroen they can delete the lost key from the cars memory leaving you with a new one and your current one.
