i have one question
, do anyone konw if there is a water draining plug on the diesel filter at the new dv6 engine euro 5 spec (8 valve) . And if you should change the filter how do you fill it , cant se any hand pump on this car . Is ther a electric pump in the fuel thank ?

It is a pump on the top of the filter , and the draining plug is an electric connection on top of the filter lid , just turn it and lift it slightly ,,,, ti has an guiding sleeve that lifts it,,, but tis a good idea to assist . No need to break the plastic parts .
To replace undo fuel hoses and electric connections, undo securing bolts and lift the filter unit out .. Then undo 3 screws on the lid and replace the metal filter cartridges. mount it back in to the car and use the hand pump on the lid until the filter is full , pumping gets more heavy
