Anything can be fixed its all about spending no money this would have cost loads to do at the garage and the heater matrix as well sometimes you get lucky |

Ok folks we got it fixed and did not cost us any dosh well sort off we did buy a crank sensor to try and some OBD software but the problem turned out to be the solenoid on the fuel pump not working, y... |

had a look at haynes it only lists the bigger engines not 1.6 hdi I only need an exploded view of the engine showing the different sensors and locations |

well after all my bragging about 266000 miles of motoring we have a problem the van wont start it had a couple of weird problems it went into limp mode twice this week then would not start but on seco... |

As said above this is not a turbo fault the ecu is putting you into limp mode it will be an electrical fault hope this is cured for you

No problems with the blanking off regarding the heater also we did as described by making a gasket and plate. We do get the EML on as the egr is faulty but runs good as ever no limp mode, to be honest... |

No definately the matrix to be honest its all it can be as the connections are the other engine side of the bulkhead unless the plastic pipes are broken. Its a cheap job to do you can get a spanking n... |

This sounds like the resistor thing that drops the voltage thats why it will only work full power sorry cant tell you where it is on the berlingo but have had this problem on vauxhalls in the past |
