Had water in fuse box flashing lights on dash and engine will turn over but not start, removed fuse box and dried out but still flashing lights on dash and no start, Do i have to go through the reset ...

had an auto electrician to take a look, and theres water in the fuse box, electrics now dried out and working but water still coming in, i believe this may be a common fault with a berlingo ?
