according to berlingo b9....there are 4 bolts.....also the front bumper maybe needs to be taken off......probably to get at the bottom bolts.........i don't know why....bit of a faff if u ask me.........

u only have to change throttle pedal....if u want the speed limiter to work...when i did the con-fig it in diagbox....i went thru repair,con-fig.manual con-fig..driving assistance..etc.. i think ther...
