Road wheels
#1
Apologies if this has been discussed before but I don't get much from the search button.

I have a 2005 1.9D Van with 14" wheels which didn't come with a spare wheel so I started looking for one, then I thought I could do with a couple of tyres as well and started to think.....

1/ Which Peugeot / Citroen wheels will fit my vehicle ? ( Ebay bargain ? )
Which car models am I looking for.

2/ I remember that some Berlingos had a 15" wheel, will these fit my van and which wheels / models ? I don't mind the higher gearing as I am a slow driver anyway. I know the speedo reading will be off.

Geoff.

Yes, this has been discussed before and here's my bit - 15" will be O.K., other PSA wheels will fit - but - check the offset. There is very little clearance inboard of the rear wheels and that is where you are most likely to encounter problems

fitment data

Gives offsets for most models -Coco is right, and you are probably best to stick with wheels from a MK1/2 car-blingo if you want 15"
It is on my to do list.
But not right at the top

Good site for a start, but, it quotes Berlingo and Xantia as 15-22 ET (offset). I had a very nice set on Minilite type wheels on my Xantia, but they simply would not fit the Berlingo without massive spacers - not a good idea. So a test fit is the best bet if possible, unless as evdama says you stick with M49/M59 standard issue wheels

Well Geoff , I have the same van and I exchanged the standard wheels for 15"
Pug 306 xsi " lasers " . Perfect swap without any jiggery-pokery ( using longer bolts though ) . Nice looking wheel I reckon , and I believe there are plenty more to chose from that fit straight on . Keep on searching the 'bay and you learn a bit more info as you go
