tried a search for step by step guide with no luck

do both runners come out to fit it, and how does cable get into motor ,uncrew at the back?

One of the plastic wheels failed on mine. It was probably a frayed cable putting too much force on the pulley. Anyway looked at repair kits, but couldn't see how to repalce pulley, so got complete assembly off Fleabay. Can't remember price, but it came from Turkey, complete with runners and motor.

Quite easy to remove, swop over. Either take glass out, or use tape to hold it up. New assembly had different connector, so had to cut it off and fit new one.
