Driving with Sciatica/piriformis

I don`t know what brings this on. Could be excessive running, lack of flexibility, or even posture when in front of the laptop! (most likely cause, I reckon)
However, having changed to a desktop, I have no problem operating the computer any more, or even running shortish distances.

But the Mk3 driving seat is still good for only half an hour before stopping becomes necessary.

and on heart, I can`t be sure of the facts here. Which is why I`ve posted it. Any other ole b*ggers out there been troubled??
