G'day all!
Well I could be considered an interloper as we don't own a Berlingo ... yet.
All being well that will be remedied within the near future. We are hoping to have a test drive in a couple of days time and then all being well we will be placing an order for a new XTR HDI 110 with several of the additional bells and whistles.
We are both 'well retired' and have been driving a Citroën Xantia estate (tourer?) for the last 12 years or so. Decreasing mobility for both of us has caused us to consider replacing the Xantia - the problem is getting in and out. We have looked at a few models from the Citroën range anad came to the conclusion that a Berlingo would be the ideal replacement. At the moment we need to transport a mobility scooter (for me) but my wife will almost certainly require her own within the next few years. So ... we have decided to get pretty well the top of the range options wise as this most likely to be our last car whether new or secondhand.
All being well I will relate to you how we get on with the XTR.
Best wishes,
Jim & Tracey
