Will a 1.4hdi engine from a pug 307 2003 fit straight into a berlingo 1.9d 2003. with all the wiring looms and ecu from that car to?

No. Well. Anything can be made to fit given time, money and skill. It'd be a nightmare because the engine electronics, ECUs, wiring , and I imagine the engine mounts and gearbox are totally different.
Why do you want to do this?

Forget it!
The 307 has a different floorpan, and therefore different mounts, so you can't reuse those.
(Different axle lengths, too)
Why not do the sensible thing and stuff a Rolls Royce Griffon engine in the back, instead?

Yes you can the Berlin go was fitted with the 1.6 hdi and that is the same to
fit it in would be easy now getting it running is other story 206 bsi and ecu might work
