any ideas how to get hold of the security code for the radio (Berlingo 2002) or do I need to go to a citroen dealer?

There are sites on the internet that advertise being able to do this, or I believe, someone with Lexia/Planet will be able to do this. Alternatively as you say, go to the dealer

Where abouts are you? there's a guy on here who lives in Doncaster has the lexia software.
