Citroen Have Lost My Berlingo Multispace

Hi just letting you know the situation has been resolved, sent email to Citroen CEO and it was passed to customer relations manager after a copy of days I received a call from my dealers sales manager. Informing me that the car had indeed been damaged by the transporter company, he was just as upset as I was as they had been giving him the run around as well, they did not admit to it being damaged.
So dealer has reordered my car and given me an additional discount. Just have to wait a couple more months. The Dealership have cancelled the original order as he told me, he doesn’t want a repaired car in his showroom.
So be careful there’s going to be a brand new may be preregistered Black Berlingo Multispace 115, Modutop, Automatic Pack, Safety Plus Pack and Cruise Control going to be sat in a showroom near you that has been repaired.
About ten minutes later the customer relations manager called me basically said the same thing, couldn’t tell what sort of damage the car had sustained, all he knew it was in a bodyshop being repaired. Any way that’s the end of it for now just got wait till August possibly September so might end up with a 64 plate. Sent an email back to Citroen with a list a accessories I like them to supply and fit FOC as compensation for all I’ve had to go through.

You can almost imagine the transporter deck being lowered on to it as Berlingos are quite tall. Ouch!

Yep had same thought. I'd have put it on the top deck. Was even searching news articles for car transporter accidents few reports but no pics. How sad lol

Not yet, dealer told me it's due to arrive in a couple of weeks time. Have to keep looking at the brochure to remind myself of what it looks like

I'd like to hope he did, but he's not been on since September, perhaps he is still looking for it?

Apologies for not replying sooner.
Finally collected my Berlingo from the dealer on the 24/09/14, definitely worth the wait, no teething problems.
Now the weathers warmer starting to get round to updating the audio system, still a work in progress.
Will upload pictures when finished.
