Replacement door mirror needed, but which type??
#1
His guys, my berlingo appears to have an electronic control for the passenger mirror below my steering wheel on the left, but it doesn't work, instead, the passenger door mirror has a manual adjustment lever, (which has broken, hence the required replacement)

The van is an 06 800LX D, i'm wondering has the mirror perhaps been damaged in the past and been replaced with a cheaper manual adjust mirror rather than the proper electric type, I just want to be sure that the presence of an electronic "4-way" switch (for want of a better name) confirms that the wiring is there for an electric mirror, and that citroen didn't just use the switch to cover the hole in the dash....

I know I could tae the existing one off and look for a wiring connector of some sort but would rather not remove it until i have the replacement if I can help it.

Hi guys, found this behind the door card, are these the wires for the mirror? looks like the mirrors come with a male/female type connector socket, anyone know where I can get a replacement, obviously this one has been removed??

from an ebay auction, this looks like the the connector I need, the colours of the wires match the picture I posted earlier, so im confident that the wires are indeed for the mirror, i'd really like to find out the name of the cconnector or where to get some so I could buy a new mirror (which don't seem to come with both male and female connectors)

My "08" LX Berlingo had electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, so it looks like someone has just put on a manual replacement mirror on yours to save money.

Yeah, pretty certain that's what's going on, was all ready to go and fit it until I realised they hadn't included the other side of the connector and the wires in the other side are differant colours so reluctant to put it on unless I can be sure they will match up
