Internal roof rails improvisation ideas?
#1
I need internal roof rails for my air mattress. I'll be doing some kind of improvisation if I cant find any to buy second hand. (Just posted a request to buy some on the forum in Buy/Trade section.) I read a threat about some made with a telescopic expanding pole with screws on the end to wedge into the whatnot on side of vehicle, but this kind of rig wont be deep enough for air mattress, so I need something that drops down like the proper citroen ones. Anybody got any ideas? Or how would I go about securing bungee cords?
Me and four legged friend are on the road so im looking for something I can rig up easily, ie no access to fancy household tools at the moment.
Thanks

If you open the cover's for the internal roof bar's you should be able to fix your bungee's in there ?

Have you checked Citroen's price for them? I'm pretty new to Citroen ownership, and so far the few parts I've bought have been pretty reasonable - in fact, I've seen breakers selling an engine cover for more than mine cost from the dealer.

I have some new, unused ones stored in my garage. I've sent you a personal message.
