Berlingo Micro Camper Conversion

Hi All,

well I have just finished my Berlingo Camper. Last weekend I took it on it first outing, I camped Friday and Saturday nights, and to my amazement every went like clockwork. There is ample room for my wife and me, to cook, eat and relax. and the bed was so comfortable, I had a brill nights sleep. I thought that I would have to do some modification after the first outing, the only thing I need to change is my organization.
So my next camping trip will be Bank Holiday weekend, I'll be off to the seaside - Bournemouth.

That looks better than some professional jobs I've seen, top marks from me, it looks great.

I like the way you chose red cushions/mattress to match the interior of the car.

I'm gonna be building a jump box for my Blingo pretty soon and I'm wondering, did you use ply and then cover it with that sticky backed carbon fibre lookalike stuff? A lot of motorbikes use it.

If so, was it hard to apply to that level of neatness?

Thanks, I tried to keep the same colour scheme as the car, I to give the impression that it was custom made and not an "off- the shelf" thing. Yeah it's all 9mm ply, and the carbon fibre look covering is actually the wrap used to cover cars. To apply it takes patience and your wives best hairdryer

Hi, you answered my post about ideas for an interior stove. That is a great conversion. I take it you are happy to cook inside as long as the doors are open for bags of ventilation. If that is the case I need to make a unit like yours with storage drawers. How are the units secured to the vehicle
