Berlingo Dinghy

How to get a 30kg ,3 metre inflatable dinghy , with hard floor onto suitable roof rack, (fully inflated), on a 1.6 Berlingo van. I need to be able to do this single handed, any sound advice welcome.   I know there will be someone.

Roof rack with a ladder roller at the end.  Should be able to lift onto roller and push.
