I have mk III Multispace and have a rattle on one of the rear sliding doors which is proving to track down. I think it is in the upper sliding mechanism. This is difficult to get at. I just wonder if anyone has had this issue and what they did about it.First off I might quirt some WD40 along it or smear some grease on it

I have a rattle on the rear doors but I think it is the fold open windows... Was going to see if I could find a window fitter to stick them in for good...

I've found two sources of rattles on the rear sliding doors. The first is where the black piece of rubber attached to the door window rests on the rear side window when the door us shut. I cured this by buying some thin, black, self adhesive felt off eBay and running a strip down the length of the seal where it rests on the back side window - you will have to stick this on with the door open.
The second rattle comes from the guide pins on the doors (3 of them - 2 on the front if the door and 1 on the rear) which go into the plastic fittings in the bodywork. If you look at the bodywork fittings, you can see rub marks inside where the pins rest in them when the door is shut. Sometimes a smear of grease on the pin helps, and I have also tried wrapping a bit of insulation tape around the pins to make them a tighter fit.
Unfortunately, both these were a problem on my previous mk1 and mk2 Berlingos as well, and I had hoped that Citroen may have redisigned it on the mk3, but as both you and I have found they are still issues!

My drivers door has started to make an annoying rattling noise, and I'll have to take the door card off soon to investigate. I'm sure that these 2015 Berlingos are made of thinner steel than the 2010 one that I owned. The giveaway is that my current van roof is partially corrugated (to add strength), whereas my old van (same model) had a flat roof panel. The whole van seems lighter to drive, and doesn't have the solid "built like a brick outhouse" feel that my previous one had.

Evenin' all.
I had a rattle on the driver's door of my 2014 VTR and other forum members told me it was the window regulator. So I went to the main dealer under warranty and he was a bit peeved that I could tell him what was wrong. This forum is brilliant, especially for non-mechanics like me .

My Drivers Door rattles too but only when the window is closed tight.
A rapid flick of the switch to relive the pressure on the closed window and it stops rattling.
I did see somewhere on here how to take the door card off but it looks like a bloody nightmare for someone with no knowledge of fixing motors.
