I have one off eBay, cost £25 from China. Got a micro usb card in it that records for about 90 mins then it starts recording over itself again.

I've got an HP f210 and like it Swiss law is not clear on their use but it I like having it. In my auto club magazine a few issues back there was an article on them. The auto club was in favor of them but cited one example where a driver had one, got hit by another vehicle and the driver that got hit introduced the video as evidence it was the other guys fault Judge tossed the video saying that the video violated the guilty party's right to privacy. That is typical of the Swiss legal system. You might fare better in the UK.

Been using two about 4 years now, occasionally one in back window in heavy traffic, they're great, it's a good quality picture if you set it to max resolution, 16gb micro. Got mine off e-bay. Just found this, it's in the same box and £10 less than what I paid for mine, grrrrr. Here's the link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1080p-Full-HD-...3409&rt=nc

The Ebay ones can be cheap chinese crap (I know, I was conned into buying one!). I now have an excellent one a "DOD DVR"... can't remember the model, but was highly recommended on the net, and takes excellent day AND night film footage. It captured a near collision I had on a dark section of the M1, when a woman nearly side-swiped me, and also forked lightning at night near Carlisle on the M6. I think I bought it direct of the manufacturers web site for about £140.

I think they're all made in China, but as I say, I've ran two of these now, for a long time, they've been reliable and 1080P so picture quality is excellent. There is the option of running a lower resolution to lengthen the recording, you can even use them to take pics outside the vehicle, should there be an accident. I've set mine up for 3 minute access points. All in all, I can't see any point in paying any more for one.

Ran a RoadHawk HD on both my previous Toyota s. The picture was brilliant and the speed recodrong was spot on but I found they are very picky about SD cards, You could buy 6 identical cards and you would be lucky if 2 worked with it.
As I still have my Yaris I bought a Transcend Drive pro to try in the berlingo and its been good up to now, Only thing I don't like is the lack of speed recording but its ran on the same micro SD card for months without the need to format the SD card every weeks or so like I was with the RoadHawk HD
This was the RoadHawk HD, Pikey Gardner doesn't sit in traffic seemingly

This is the Transcend, Bloke in the Suzuki cant tell the difference between red and green!
