I agree, it is interesting, esp the "replacement of parts subject to wear and tear "bit. I hope it may be of some use to other forum users.

The 'Fixed Price' repairs are the same prices that I paid in the Stealer last year for Wiper Blades, front Discs and front and rear Pads, these included fitting.
The ad's on the site reproduced (larger) and are stuck up on the wall in Service Reception. They had been up there for at least a couple of months.
