Its more than likely the earth mount under the steering wheel airbag, there is loads on here about it have a search.
Ive had to do both my berlingos its a simple job just be careful removing the airbag have the ignition off for 15 minutes before you start and don't let it hang by the wires. Here you go have a read of this and pictures to http://www.berlingoforum.co.uk/thread-36...light=horn
Are we there yet????? Huh

You don't take the wheel off just the air bag. If you have a Haynes manual there are pictures in there. Start by leaving the ignition off for 15 minutes then remove the binnacle around the steering column I think 3 screws. Then if you look at the back of the wheel you will see or feel 3 small holes, you need to gently insert a small flat blade screwdriver in and feel for a spring. As you flick this spring gently ease the airbag away at that point, work your way around the other holes until the airbag lifts away BUT do not force the wiring and support it safely will you do the rest. Now you will see a wire going to a square hole in the steering wheel with a push fit connector on the end, it is this fitting that wears and causes the poor earth. You can either cut it off drill a small hole in the casting and put a ring connector on the wire and attach with a self tapper or some have used a big self tapper in the square hole to jam it in there. The horn should be fine now. Its just a matter of putting it all back together now. Its harder than it sounds look on the other threads and you will see a picture of the 3 springs you need to flick to unlock and it will make sense and will take less time than it has taken me to type this lol.

Air bag removal is easy. Then once removed you can easily access the horn!

What actually did you spray that cured it for two days ?
If it was the horn itself then I would suggest that the horn itself or connections to it are dodgy.

Don't do what I did by stripping down the front under bits to get at the horn and discover that there was no power to the horn and connections were OK,
Two months ago I was fitting a adapter for a dash cam feed when I had the fuses out and put the horn one back in the wrong fuse position. Only noticed the horn wasn't working yesterday and spent a couple of hours on it before discovering the fuse boob. Book said no 7 when it was no 10 position. Angry
