Surly sumone must know on here if u can take the pump out from the top in side the van or does the tank need dropped to take it out  Confused
I havent seen an access plate in the floor of a Berlingo so i suspect its a tank down job.
According to the Gospel of Haynes, Chapter 4c, sections 7, you must first divine the make of your fuel Injection pump.
If thy scrying reveals it's true name to be Siemens, thou hast not a fuel pump in the aft of thy conveyance.
Though, if the name is Bosch, thou should meditate upon the truths revealed in blessed chapter 4A, section 8 and 10.

Dropping the tank is an involved operation, and it's easy to damage something. I really suggest getting hold of the book.
