So what pump do you have?
(ignore the boost compensation bit. You don't have it)
If you do decide to turn up the fuelling, don't expect huge power gains. You will have to reduce the idle speed back down, as that increases as you turn up the fuelling.
As I said before, the best results by far would be the turbo route.

Yup I aware, not going for too much power or $$ for this van, as there will be lots of handling to be done, at most I'm gonna lower down the suspension...my fuel pump looks like this...

That's a harder one to adjust. You have to take the access plug out of the side and adjust the fuelling with the screw inside.
Dangers to look for......
Leaking fuel afterwards.
Getting dirt in the pump while adjusting (make sure everything is spotless)
Rounding off the adjuster and creating swarf (it's stiff)

No. Thats it I'm afraid.
If you have an annual emissions test, you would have to reset it to fctory for it to pass. It's not the sort of thing to keep messing around with.
