[Engine] Where does this wire clip into?

Please help with the location of this wire clip. This is on a 2003 Berlingo/ Partner 1.9

Something within 6 inches of the strut top or it won't reach! More probably something that is not fitted to your van, assuming it still runs.

Yes, I've looked to see where this could fit but no luck. If someone could kindly look in their engine bay and see where it goes. This would be great!

The wiring looms are generic to all spec of vans and Berlingo cars - it could be for anything that your van does not have fitted - fog lights, air con, auto gearbox, alarm, the list goes on. If everything works on you van dont worry about it just clip it up out of the way.

I am getting a stop light relating to oil pressure, coolant level, brake fluid. The car is not throwing any engine codes and this could be completely unrelated to the random clip.

I would say it is unrelated. If you are getting no codes, what type of diag equipment are you using?

How do you know its related to those 3 things?

Have a look at the brake fluid level make sure the car is level and topped right up to the full mark, They can be very sensitive to being just a bit low.

            Nothing on My 2002 Mk 1 like that.Yours being a Mk 2 may have a differant loom fitted.By the look of the dirt on the connection its never been connected to anything.

I can confirm that my 57 1.6HDi has a similar redundant spur from the loom in the same location.
As for your STOP lamp, I would suspect the brake fluid level first. If you unplug the connector at the top of the master cylinder reservoir cap and the STOP light goes out then this is the cause. If it is the brakes the light that illuminates when the hand brake is on should also illuminate though. The fluid level sensor is very sensitive, as said in previous posts, I would check the rear slave cylinders first, assuming you are on drums at the rear. Look for fluid around the bottom of the back plates.
