A noob is who noobish does.
In gaming, it's the annoying twerp running around in WoW asking for gold or walking around in his L60(or whatever is max level these day) character that he bought already leveled, and getting creamed by a L1 opponent. Or possibly driving the British Medium 2 tank in World of Tanks, and 'shouting' 'follow me'.
In the car world, it's the guy who bought an entry-level BMW and is always waving his keys around, trying to impress women.
A Newbie, though, is just someone who's new at something...
Being here, I doubt that you're driving 'Germany's noisiest', so yeah...
