Hi, I'm in need of some help. My 2006 1.9 m59 berlingo van had just failed the DOE, (Irish MOT) it failed on no brake lights, no horn and no over registration plate light., I replaced the brake bulbs to no avail. I don't have a fuse chart for the van to figure out if it's a fuse. Has anyone any idea how I can source a fuse chart or if someone might have some previous experience.
Thanks in advance.

Try googling fuse box 1.9 berlingo and then click on images. Does the horn work when the car is switched off and not when ignition on, if so run a temporary earth from steering column to door hinge or good earth and then try horn. If it now works its probably the earth under the airbag on the steering wheel. There is plenty on the forum on how to fix it. The numberplate lights will be running off the sidelight circuit so you need to check for power with multi meter or test light to find break or short, replace bulbs where necessary. Lack of brake lights could be switch up on the pedal, bulbs, fuse, or wiring. Brake lights could be F5 and 10 amps. Horn could be F17 and 15 amps
Good luck.
Are we there yet?????

Thanks very much, I have done a bit of messing around. I have power at the brake switch. I've changed the brake switch and still nothing. I have no power at the light cluster and I can't find any blown fuses. I'm having a hard time finding f17.

According to the Haynes manual, the horn is on fuse F17 on the passenger fuse box - right of the steering wheel 15a
Number plate lights is F19 5a
