[Engine] 1.6 16V (2005) won't start. Throttle body?

You should have some P03XX codes to clear then.

There was a P3014 fault which cleared away.

The TB have been changed and it work fine now. However a Chinese Lexia clone with Diagbox 7.42 can't clear the permanent fault.
The engine fault indicator is still lit. How can it be cleared? There are no other codes remaining.

I fixed it.
I had got wrong TB adaptation instructions from other forum members (the same wrong instruction from two different persons).
So for a Berlingo 16V 1.6 TU5JP4 you have to follow these instructions for adaptating the throttle body. The instructions were found from Lexia "Initialization of auto-adaptation" menu.

I did it and the engine warning light went off.

The car is now sold and I am now a user of an other brand.
One last stubborn fault was the airbag warning light. It become lit yesterday when I cleaned the car and moved the passenger seat.
It went off after fiddling with the seat belt pretensioner wires. I had my soldering iron and heat shrink tube ready to bypass the connector. The light went of just before I was ready to cut the wires.

Thanks for all the help. You will probably not see me here anymore unless I make the mistake and buy a PSA car for the third time Smile
