Not wishing to criticise what you are saying here, but on what grounds do you make this statement ?
We see at least 10 cars a week with DPF issues , caused by exactly this type of use.
I can guarantee you that if a car is used for a whole year doing only 3 mile journeys , that the DPF will be blocked at the end of it.
The PSA 1.6 hdi unit is probably the worst engine there is for being damaged by the filter being blocked.
