Radio and mp3 shutting down
#1
Music
Hi
I have a new berlingo 800 miles, bought in October 2015. l have accepted the fact that I can't listen to music without the Engine running due to the eco system.
I was not told by the dealership that this was normal or in fact  present.
This omission was noted when I sent my customer survey back to Citroen UK.

My question now is has anybody else experienced the radio/ mp3 player completely shutting down every few minuites whilst driving? Meanwhile I will be contacting the dealer as I understand the Citroen DS3 has the same problem.

Assuming you have the touchscreen (I know some models still don't have it as standard) it will be the reboot issue and an update came out recently.

If however its the same MP3 player as in the older pre facelift vehicle, then there is another fault present.
