Driving along this afternoon and there was a noise like you had dropped something down the dash. 10 Mins later I went to hit the brake and felt something on the floor mat and seen this lying on the floor mat.
Anyone know what it is?

It's the pollen filter lid, located upwards above the clutch pedal

Do I need to take the cover above the pedals off to access that?
Couldn't see anything when I had a quick look but its chucking hail/rain at the moment.

Well I finally got it back on, What a pain in the arse place to put it!
The pollen filter was changed when it was in for its service, Hence why it fell off. I have since spoken to the garage (About my other vehicle, but mentioned it in the conversation) and the guy said it was a design feature Citroen came up with, Put the pollen filter on the passenger side to make it easy to access, only they never reversed the location for the Right hand drive market.

I've wondered why the glovebox is so small, given that almost everything that should be behind it is stuffed behind the steering wheel instead.
Do they leave a big empty space where the pollen filter and blower would be (behind the glovebox) on a LHD version? Perhaps they just don't want to make the UK version better than the French one.
Im guessing the LHD has a proper sized glove box as theres load of room on the right.
Can barely fit a tape and torch in the RHD glove box.
