[Warning Light] dim indicator lights
#1
Having just bought a 2007 Desire and enjoying every minute driving it although a few things which I would like to improve

(1) I find that the turning indicator lights (Green Arrows)  on the instrument panel is very dim and very hard to see and the clicking sound is very low
Is there anyway to improve ether or both ?
(2) The emergency warning switch has the same fault, very hard to see and low sound

The only other fault is the rear window washer is not working although I can hear washer motor working

Any help or advice would be appreciated

I just had to go out and listen to ours as I could not remember if it made a sound Big Grin It does a tick tock noise and the warning lights are fine but it does self cancel so it's not something I worry about. You could fit a trailer type buzzer into the system if you want it to make a noise but the actual flash is controlled by the BSI not a relay which usually supplies the click. You'll have to get your hands dirty to check the rear washer, pull the pipe off somewhere and see if it flows and if it is just the nozzle blocked.
So where does this bit go then ?
