Why would you bother? You can get them for less than £10 on ebay, and usually the spade terminals where the plug connects get burnt making it not really repairable.

If you are on a mission try RS Components or even a friendly TV repair man to supply the component ( mine is very friendly and enjoys the diversity and interest plus saves on shipping ).

You have a good point.
I haven´t manage to find the right part on ebay yet...
Appreciate
Check the look of my extracted part... a mess! 6 years old, living near the ocean. And I already had to change the blower motor once because of the rust.

I´ll definitly try to do that. But meanwhile I will try to order a new part from the ebay.
The problem is to find the right one. It hasn´t been easy...

Appreciate.
To find a new component like that smal one I need to know it´s power, ohm (resistivity)...any important feature to equal the old one....big quest ahead.
I´m almost giving up and order a new part from Poland for 50eur (postage inclu.) In Portugal, it´s about 75eur.
