Rear Wiper Motor
#1
Can anyone kindly advise where I can get a new 3 pin connector for a new rear screen wiper motor i need to fit in the next couple of weeks (Old unit no longer working and had to purchase a newer unit to fit)  The old wiper motor had a red 4 pin connector which will have to be changed which I'm sure I can do if it isn't too complex! The vehicle out of interest is an early 2002  Peugeot Partner Quicksilver and the new wiper motor is probably for the later MK 2 and is all that is available new now.

You could use something like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-WAY-PRE-WIRE...SwEetWAwgR
Just cut your miss matched connectors off and solder in each lead.
Are we there yet????? No we fecking ain`t  gggggrrrrrrr

Problem is that the femail connector on the new wiper motor is moulded into the unit unlike the old unit which could have been cut and new connectors soldered on - so the new male connector has to match the femail on the new wiper motor???? It is finding out where to obtain a new connector to mate with the Bosch wiper unit.

Can you post a picture on here so we know what its got to look like. Probably your best bet is at your local breakers and cut one off a scrap car.

All of the scrap yards around here closed several years ago due to Health & Safety and they are replaced with dismantlers who sell bits and bobs over the counter that they have removed themselves.  New unit like the old one is a genuine Bosch unit but the 12v 3 pin connector is built into the unit rathe than on the old unit which was on the end of about 6" of cable! Could have cut and replaced with new connectors as you described from E-Bay but now it isn't that simple...shucks....
