Have you ever done one ?
8 hrs labour approx at forum members rate of £40 per hour , normally I charge £50 ph.
I guess a quality clutch & flywheel + electronic thrust bearing will be @£350, couple of litres of gear oil, etc etc brings the cost to about £700 and then vat.
So explain how this can be done for significantly less please ?
I'm not cribbing your price just seems a lot of money when someone says 8 or 900 to Change a clutch

I was quoted 1100 to change the clutch on a citroen xantia last year by two different independent garages. Ended up a mate did it, i was still about 300 to buy all the parts and materials needed.
