How did they steal your key? I would put a crook lock on your steering wheel, just till u can get something sorted out

I think you need a garage who has access to the lexia/diagbox software so the stolen key can be deleted from the ecu. A citroen garage or an independent garage or a member on here may be able to help but not sure what part of the country you are in, as there are quite a few have the software or autolocksmiths could do it you could also get a new key coded while you are at it.

Thanks Tomcat3,
Im in London if anyone can recommend somewhere/someone?
If i get the stolen key deleted it would still open the doors right? I'm worried about my tools being stolen too.

Yes it would still be able to open the doors manually. Are you sure you have lost it? think back when you last saw it and what were you doing, it would be odd to nick a key and not take the van. Has it got mixed up in paperwork or another tool box or got under the seats.
I know there are a few members in the London area that may be able to help hopefully they will see this post and reply.

If you get the remaining keys reprogrammed, it automatically deletes the keys not present at the time of programming.
You will need the 4 digit key code though.
