I got the mat.  I'll give it 7 out of 10.  It will do the job, but it's not perfect.

If I were you I would defintely get in touch with the seller soon, with a complaint. I always think the true measure of customer service is how they respond when things go wrong. Mistakes can always happen but if a seller reacts quickly and positively to sort the problem that is a mark of excellent customer service.
