Air Vent Directors Loose
#1
Is there any way to increase the force required to move the air vent directors? mine are so loose that they are hard to position and they vibrate out of position.

Mine are the same, they even blow open if the heater blower is turned on max !!!
- Thought maybe trapping some (fuse ?) wire in the pivots to stiffen them.......

I'd suggest, off the top of my head, a tiny amount of thread lock adhesive applied to the pivots with a small screwdriver. It's designed to resist movement but still be able to be turned.
