you access it from the drivers wheel well, remove the wheel and then the inner wheel liner.

If the wash motor turns out to be knaffed you can buy one off ebay for £6.50 including delivery. I just changed mine due to it blowing fuse when rear screen wash operated.
Remove offside drive wheel then remove two screws located underneath which secure liner at front.You can then bend & pull liner out to access motor.If its a cold day pour some hot water on liner & it will make it more pliable same applies to the tubes.
