CITROEN CUSTOMER SERVICE
#1
I contacted Citroen UK by E Mail to make them aware of a problem I had with interior lighting in rear of my Multispace-Passengers being unable to locate door handles in the dark etc. Citroen Uk got back to me very quickly by telephone and thanked me for highlighting the issue and say they will pass it on, so hopefully any update to the Multispace will rectify this problem in the future. I have to say I was impressed in this instance with their quick response..Big Grin

Important thing to remember is that any warranty work done by a main dealer must be ok'ed by Citroen. If you have a warranty issue that your dealer appears to be unwilling to fix then contact Citroen direct. Small example, I thought my gear lever boot was wearing around the top. My dealer said 'he doubted Citroen would change that'. Next day I got a phone call from dealer to bring car in for new boot. Citroen know that I am on them for the slightest issue so I guess they have me flagged as an 'awkward customer'. Wink

Just go on Citroen UK website & clic contact us. You can either phone or email them. I have always emailed giving full details of car etc & found their response very good, they usually phone in a couple of days.
