Loose connectors under dash

Can anyone tell me what the loose brown conectors are by inside fuse box.

Could u tell me what year your berlingo is. I have been looking 4 away to put wires in 4 the ambient temperature sensor. I think u might of found them

Like Brodfather says, probably for something that's not fitted. Is there anything not working?
For the outside temp, the sensor is in the mirror, probably driver's side for RHD. Wiring from the sensor goes to the BSI. Cars before sometime in 2004/5 do not have the wiring to the BSI, and maybe don't have the hardware/firmware in the BSI to translate the readings for the MFD.
There are quite a few threads on here about the outside temp.

Been in to the bsi and it says it's there. Got small dash display from peugeot 307 and it works. Just 2lines and a small c. Was trying to wire it in my self. But can't find and wire diagrams.
