Hi folks,
It's a similar thread to others except my fan is completely dead and there's no indication in the manual which fuse looks after it.
I've checked the other threads and online manuals and I think I'm in resistor territory... Would this sound right?
Van is 2010 Mk3 Berlingo New Shape (3 seats up the front)
Basically I was running the fan while parked to demist and warm up the cab for my daughter before I dropped her to creche and it just died....using an 12V inflatable bed fan at the moment to demist..LOL
Cheers

Hi Folks,
Had a fiddle with the fuses but between cold hands and tight spaces, I decided to drop it into my local garage to get sorted.
They did the whole diagnostic thing on the van as it turned out it wasn't the fuse but a electrical relay. I asked if it was the resistors as mentioned in the other threads but apparently it was another piece of electrical gubbins down in the bowels of the van. Anyway it was a €60 fix for time and parts so I was happy enough. It seems that the Citroens don't provide enough juice when sitting on idle and if you run too much, radio, wipers, demister, recircleator etc..something pops. So good to know but poor build quality from Citroen. Thanks for all the help

Anyone know where the fan is on a Mk3 berlingo. I have removed the glovebox - but I am no closer to finding where the fan / resistor pack is?

The fan and resistor is above the accelerator pedal on the MK 111, They do fail frequently, I have changed 3 or 4 already, they are the same as the C4 Picasso. Several different styles and part numbers.

I have removed the plug to the back of the switch (1-4 dial), and there appears to be no power to the plug. Is there a relay that control the fan circuit. Does anyone know what else runs on the same fuse?
