When people say that they are quieter, do they mean quieter in operation, or that they reduce the level of wind noise?

To be totaly honest i have used all types of wiper blade on my mk 2 berlingo . They all seem to work fine for the first month or two but after that they all loose there edge and clonk and rattle about . One month ago i fitted Halfords own twin set which has 1 normal & 1 withspoiler and they have just started to become noisey .
