Hi
I have just bought a Berlingo 2003 with no radio, after fitting a new radio (plugged straight in) works great untill ignition key is removed.
When key is removed all setings are lost is this an easy fix???

Probably find that original radio had one power supply, being off the ignition and carrying a 10 amp fuse. Your new radio may take two power supplies, the main and one which carries a low power supply to maintain memory. Your best bet is to isolate main supply and feed radio from a new fused permanently live supply.
My 106 had same problem as alarm remote was lost and imobiliser had to be unlocked by break switch which also killed memory settings.
Was radio brand new with full installation instructions ?
Hope this sheds some light

Does the fitted radio have yellow and red wires with metal clips on them?
If so, first thing, they are designed to be swapped for this type of issue, so pull them apart and connect yellow to red instead of red to red.
Mine did the same till I changed those connectors.

My berlingo has swapped red and yellow wires, but it has one intermediate connector that changes this 2 wires.
