need help

hi there i was woundering if anyone knows what i need and if this is possible to do on a budget.

i want a obd cable and relevent software for a citroen berlingo 1.6 16v petrol so i can change the millage on my new clocks

i have got a faulty set of clocks so i bought some more from scrappy but when connected up they are on 120,000 my car has only done 84,000 so dont want to take it for mot with these ones in there are people who will change it for £60 but ive seen some cables and software cheap on ebay and you can use it for diagnostics as well but arnt sure if they work could anyone point me in the right direction thanks sam

Have a look on e-bay. They have things like that.
