Senna Film
#1
A bit random but just watched the Senna film and thought it was bloody good. Was well put together and there was some stunning archive footage of when they actually used to race in F1. I remember now how much I really loathed schumacher. I remember 'the' accident clear as day as I was quite into F1 then, can't believe its 18 years ago next month! Whether you liked Senna or not he was epic!
1.9d Mk2 (M59/BE4/5) with battle scars from a conservatory attack. Previously owned a 1.4i Mk2 Forte.Confusedalut:

It is an excellent film.
Saw majority of it on DVD at Christmas when, unfortunately, had a little too much 'cheer'.
It is a piece of F1 history and, of course, there will never be another Senna.
As for Schumacher; a competitive, opinionated, clever, stereotypical German.
Love him, or hate him, he certainly could drive. And still can at 43, which coincidentally, was the same age when Mansell had his last race.
Shame recent seasons have not been as exciting as those in the 80's and 90's.
See what 2012 brings...
